| 目的 为了加强慢性病患者对自身健康管理的监测，满足患者在使用过程中的监测体验，进而对慢性病健康管理系统进行升级优化，实现优质化的用户体验。方法 结合服务设计理论以及相关研究方法，以“峰终定律”为理论切入点，寻找用户体验旅程中的“峰”、“终”时刻，寻求用户需求点和兴奋点进行优化设计，探究用户在进行健康管理监测过程中带来的良好的监测体验，规避用户在监测过程中不好的体验，从而对健康管理系统进行优化，使用户产生可持续性的监测行为。结论 在用户旅程地图中寻找关键时刻点对用户心理进行分析，然后优化触点，可以帮助用户在管理健康的过程中获得最优体验，实现用户健康管理监测体验最优化的目的，从而促使用户进行持续的健康监测管理，减缓慢性病对人类健康的威胁。 |

| The paper aims to strengthen the monitoring of self-health management for patients with chronic diseases, to meet the monitoring experience of patients during use, and to upgrade and optimize the chronic disease health management system to achieve high-quality user experience. Combining service design theory and related research methods, the "Peak-end Rule" was taken as the theoretical entry point to look for "peak" and "final" moments in user experience, seek demand point and excitement point of the user to optimize design and explore good monitoring experience brought by the health management monitoring process and avoid bad experience in the monitoring process, so as to optimize the health management system and enable the user to continue health monitoring. Finding key moments in the user journey map to analyze the user's psychology and then optimizing the contacts can help the user to obtain the optimal experience in health management, and optimize the user health management monitoring experience, and urge the user to continue with health monitoring management to mitigate the threat of chronic diseases to human health. |
