| 目的 在日常生活理论下，看建立于蒙古族日常饮食文化之上的饮食器具设计，结合民俗学的背景，对蒙古族饮食器具的产生进行探究，从民族手工艺的视角来看本体。方法 以内蒙古中部地区为调研对象，通过对几个地区民族手工艺品及饮食器具的生产和销售状况的调研资料进行分析，解读民族场域中的饮食器具的设计和生产现状。结论 结合蒙古族传统的造物理论，探究饮食器具的设计思想和设计环境，立足于蒙古族在丝绸之路上的地位和文化意义，从不同视角来诠释饮食器具的设计思想。以一种反观的态度，以现今时代为立足点来观察传统，民间的习以为常的惯习，相对于现代化的、机械化的社会环境而言，存在巨大的差异，民俗色彩更多地被体现在去除机械参与的环境中。立足日常交往，作坊式的技艺传承方式正发生着变革。 |

| The work aims to explore the production of Mongolian eating utensils by analyzing the eating utensils design based on the Mongolian daily diet culture and combining the background of folklore under daily life theory so as to investigate the body from the perspective of national crafts. The Central Region of Inner Mongolia was taken as the research object to analyze and interpret the design and production status of eating utensils in national field culture based on the surveys of production and sales data of handicrafts and eating utensils in several minority regions. Combined with the Mongolian traditional creation theory, the design idea and environment of eating utensils has been explored. Based on the status and cultural significance of the Mongolian in the silk road, the design thinking has been interpreted from different perspectives. With an attitude of looking back, the present era is taken as a foothold to observe tradition. The folk customs are quite different from the modern and mechanized social environment, and more reflected in the environment in which mechanical participation is removed. Based on daily communication, the inheritance way of workshop-style handicraft is changing. |
