| 目的 旨在利用叙事方法，促进跨代际双方的交流互动。通过对叙事方法的总结、提炼，形成设计策略，达到帮助代际双方建立积极双向沟通的目的。方法 主要采用案例分析法。基于现有的叙事设计方法，对相关的设计案例进行解构剖析。从通用性、交互平衡性的角度，以及叙事产出价值上，分别考虑。结论 阐明了构建积极代际叙述沟通中的三要素,既有效表达并输出故事、建立积极的双向沟通关系、重构故事的价值。在此基础上，有针对性地提了三个可供参考的交互设计策略，并通过设计实践，验证了其可行性。为应对日渐显性的代际冲突和文化分层等问题，提供了可实践的交互叙事策略方法。同时，该策略为打破不同代际之间的文化壁垒，以及促进共感，提供了可借鉴的参考依据。 |

| The purpose of this study is to promote intergenerational communication and interaction by means of nar-rative methods, and form a design strategy through the summary and extraction of narrative methods to help the intergen-erational parties to establish a positive two-way communication purpose. Through the case analysis method and based on the existing narrative design methods, this paper deconstructed the relevant design cases and considered them from the perspectives of universality, interaction balance and the value of narrative output. It illustrates the value of constructing the three elements of positive intergenerational narrative communication, namely: 1) effectively expressing and outputting the story, 2) establishing a positive two-way communication relationship, and 3) reconstructing the story. Three referential interactive design strategies are proposed, and the feasibility is verified by design practice. To deal with the increasingly dominant intergenerational conflict and cultural stratification, this paper provides a practical method of interactive narrative strategy, which provides reference basis for breaking down the cultural barriers between different generations and promoting synesthesia. |
