      目的 面对人口老龄化的社会问题,从体验设计的角度出发,关注老年人群的生活幸福感提升,探索游戏化在乐龄体验设计领域的创新设计策略。方法 首先,从概念定义、兴起原因、设计流程3个方面对游戏化相关内容进行了概述;其次,分析游戏化介入乐龄体验设计在关照乐龄人群的心理、提升体验系统的趣味性、简化操作提升人机交互效率、提供开放的交流动态环境方面的特征和优势,以及目前在体验、医疗、健康和新技术应用等四大领域的研究现状;最后,以游戏化的3个要素(动机能力、心理结果和行为结果)所关联的相关案例为对象进行具体的研究分析。结论 提出了包含基于游戏化体验的用户研究、基于创新技术的沉浸式体验和基于协作式关系的社群构建的三方面游戏化乐龄体验设计策略。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to focus on the improvement of the well-being of the elderly from the experience design in the context of an increasingly aging population and identify the innovative design strategies of gamification in the field of experience design. Firstly, the gamification-related knowledge was summarized from three aspects: definition for gamifi-cation, reasons for gamification growth and design process. Secondly, the characteristics and advantages of gamification -mediated experience design for psychology of senior citizens, improving the fun of system, simplifying the operation to improve the efficiency of human-computer interaction, and providing an open and dynamic communication environment were analyzed. Then, the current research of the experience design for the elderly into the four areas of experience, medical treatment, health and new technology applications was outlined. Finally, cases related to the three elements of gamification (motivation, psychological outcomes, and behavioral outcomes) were taken as objects for specific study and analysis. Three gamification-based experience design strategies are proposed including user research based on gamification experience, immersive experience based on innovative technology and community building based on collaborative relationship.
