      目的 建立以数据研究为基础的数字化导向信息研究方法,分析目前北京地铁数字化导向信息存在的问题,对现有的北京地铁数字化导向信息系统设置进行方案优化研究。方法 以北京地铁的客流大数据及投放问卷的分析结论为基础,分析不同群体对数字化导向信息的需求,再现个体在地铁数字化导向信息中的使用体验,梳理现有数字化导向信息的现状、形态及表现,分析目前数字化导向信息的使用问题,并进行优化设计。结论 推行数字化导向信息系统并不意味着全面代替传统的二维视觉导向信息,而是将数字化导向信息系统与传统的视觉导向信息进行有效连接,准确定位数字化导向信息的节点与密度,借鉴多种技术手段来拓展数字化导向信息的媒介。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to establish a digital guiding research method based on data research, analyze the problems of Beijing Metro digital guidance information and research the scheme optimization of the existing digital guidance system settings of Beijing Metro. Based on the analysis conclusions of passenger flow big data and questionnaires of Beijing Metro, the needs of different groups for digital guidance were analyzed, the use experience of individuals in metro digital guidance was reproduced, the current situation, form and performance of the existing digital guidance were sorted out, the current problems in the use of digital guidance were analyzed, and the design was optimized. The implementation of digital guidance system does not mean to completely replace the traditional two-dimensional visual guidance information, but to effectively connect the digital guidance system with the traditional visual guidance information, accurately locate the node and density of the digital guidance information, and draw lessons from various technical means to expand the media of digital guidance information.
