      目的 在当前车载智能交互情境下,对汽车内室体验设计要素进行研究,总结内室体验设计框架并指导设计实践。方法 基于汽车内室的发展历史,总结当前内室发展阶段中对内室体验产生直接影响的4个驱动要素:总布置、交互方式、信息互联和服务设计。结合案例分析,总结未来汽车内室体验的4个主要趋势,分别是空间的回归、行为的升级、情境的感知、品牌的强化,并对经典工业设计和交互设计在不同层面的关注点进行对比。最后,基于产品—服务—系统—体验的综合层级,形成了汽车内室体验设计的理论框架,能初步用于设计实践。结论 汽车已经从运载工具变成了移动体验空间,汽车内室体验来自于由技术包裹的品牌、情境、行为、空间4个元素作用下形成的综合性感知。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to study the key elements of vehicle interior experience design in the context of the current vehicle intelligent interaction, and summarize the interior experience design framework and guide the design practices. Based on the vehicle interior development history, the four driving factors that had a direct impact on the interior experi-ence in the current interior development stage were summarized: basic layout, interaction mode, information interconnec-tion and service design. Then, by case study, four major trends of vehicle interior experience were concluded, including evocation of space, upgrading of activity, context awareness and enhancement of band identity. Moreover, the concerns of classical industrial design and interaction design at different levels were compared. Finally, based on the comprehensive level of product-service-system-experience, the theoretical framework of vehicle interior experience design was formed and the preliminary guidance was provided for the design practice. The function of vehicle has changed from mere trans-porting to a mobile experiencing space. The vehicle interior experience comes from a holistic perception of different as-pects like band, context, activity and space, which is supported by technology factors.
