      目的 探究影响数字化科普展品用户行为意向的因素,促进数字化科普展品的创新设计发展。方法 基于技术接受模型,结合产品创新度和用户体验,构建数字化科普展品用户的行为意向理论模型,探讨产品创新度、感知有用、感知易用、用户体验与行为意向的影响关系。根据数字化科普展品用户的行为意向理论模型设计量表和问卷,并进行实证研究,通过结构方程模型对理论模型进行验证。结论 感知有用和用户体验显著正向地影响行为意向;产品创新度显著正向地影响感知有用、感知易用和用户体验;感知易用对感知有用和行为意向不存在显著影响关系。产品创新度是数字化科普展品用户的行为意向的关键影响因素,为数字化科普展品的设计创新研究提供一定的理论参考及建议。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to explore the factors influencing user behavioral intention in digital popular science products, so as to promote the innovative design and development of digital popular science products. Based on the technology acceptance model, a theoretical model of user behavioral intention in digital popular science products was built combined with product innovation and user experience. The influence relationship between product innovation, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, user experience and behavioral intention was explored. The scale and questionnaire were designed and the empirical research was carried out according to the theoretical model of user behavior intention in digital popular science products. Based on the structure equation model, the theoretical model was verified. Perceived usefulness and user experience has a significantly positive influence on the behavioral intention. Product innovation has a significantly positive influence on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and user experience. Perceived ease of use has no significant influence on perceived usefulness and behavioral intention. Product innovation is the most crucial factor that influences the user behavioral intention in digital popular science products. It provides certain theoretical reference for and suggestions on the design innovation research of digital popular science products.
