      目的 通过优化作战指挥控制系统人机交互界面的设计流程,提升界面设计质量,提高指战员感知、决策、操作过程中的效率,缩短指战员面对任务时的反应时间。方法 基于“以指战员为中心”的设计理念,结合作战领域经典模型OODA循环和设计思维中的双钻模型,提出设计过程的共情力、洞察力、想象力、表现力(EIIV)的“四力”框架模型。根据“四力”框架模型,划分作战指挥控制系统用户需求、任务流程、交互架构、视觉表现四阶段设计流程。结果 通过四阶段设计流程,对作战指挥控制系统的用户进行调研,总结调研信息,并对设计任务进行耦合简化、对界面交互架构进行优化排布、对视觉呈现设计进行分解与归类,通过以上流程和步骤,设计了一款作战指挥控制系统。结论 通过新的设计流程,使系统各阶段的任务更加明确,有助于作战指挥控制系统人机交互设计过程的效率提升。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to improve the quality of interface design, improve operator’s perception, decision-making and operation efficiency and reduce operator’s task response time by optimizing the design process of human-computer interaction interface of command and control system. Based on the concept of “operator-centered” design, combined with the combat OODA cycle and the dual-drill model in the design thought, the Empathy-Insight-Imagination-Visualization(EIIV) frame model in the design process was proposed. According to the EIIV frame model, the design process of four stages of the command and control system was divided, including user needs, task process, interaction framework and visual expression. Through the four-stage design process, the users of command and control system were investigated, and the information of investigation was summarized. Moreover, the design tasks were coupled and simplified, the layout of interface interaction architecture was optimized, and the visual presentation design was decomposed and classified. Through the above-mentioned process and steps, a joint operations command and control system was designed. The new design process makes clearer the tasks at each stage of the system, which is helpful to improve the efficiency of the human-computer interaction design process of command and control system.
