      目的 通过对综合型洞察法的研究与引入,探究智能家电年轻化设计中对年轻群体需求的洞察方法。方法 从分析当下智能家电年轻化设计策略中的问题与误区入手,对综合型洞察法引入智能家电年轻化设计的维度与切入点进行总结。结论 目前家电企业的年轻化转型设计策略浮于表面,仍处于寻求吸引年轻消费者关注的阶段。家电企业想要完成更深层次的年轻化转型,就必须基于年轻人的真实需求来对年轻化的智能家电产品进行开发。然而目前所应用的洞察方法仍流于家电功能驱动时期的一些观念,对洞察的定义、用户需求的分析与筛选存在认知及理论上的误区。在当下智能家电开发设计以用户体验为先导的趋势下,将综合型洞察法引入对年轻消费者的调研中去,可更加深刻而准确地挖掘年轻用户的潜在需求,为实现家电品牌年轻化转型提供理论支持。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to explore the insight method to explore the needs of young groups in the design of smart home appliances for young people through the research and introduction of hybrid insights. Starting from the analysis on the problems and mistakes in the current smart home appliance younger design strategy, a research summary on the dimension and entry point of introducing the hybrid insights into the smart home appliance younger design was conducted.At present, the younger transformation design strategy of household appliances enterprises is superficial, and it is still in the stage of seeking to attract the attention of young consumers. Household appliances enterprises wanting to complete a deeper younger transformation must develop the younger intelligent household appliances products based on the real needs of young people. However, the insight method currently applied is still in the concept of household appliances function-driven period. There are cognitive and theoretical errors in the definition of insight, the analysis and screening of user needs. In the current trend of intelligent household appliances development and design with user experience as the guide, introducing hybrid insights into the research of young consumers can more profoundly and accurately explore the potential needs of young users, and provide theoretical support for the realization of the younger transformation of household appliances brand.
