目的 人工智能深度神经网络的生成技术在三维形态和产品设计中尚没有被成熟应用。3D打印可以快速实现产品设计,有助于智能设计的形态和效果评估。希望通过探索人工智能技术在产品设计中的应用,结合3D打印技术的快速输出,形成短线智能设计新模式。方法 先构建生成数据库,利用三维形状数据训练生成模型,将短时间内形成的大量的立体产品形态交给设计师进一步优化,最终经过格式转换,优化网格并渲染,再由3D打印输出。结论 利用人工智能生成技术推动人机融合创意,提高设计方案的丰富程度,并且启发设计师更多的形态创意。3D打印输出的便捷性有助于提升设计效率,实现短线智能产品设计。 |

The generation technology of deep neural network of artificial intelligence has not been maturely applied in 3D printing technology and product design. 3D printing can help the rapid realization of product design and facilitate the form and effect evaluation of intelligent design. It is hoped that by exploring the application of artificial intelligence technology in product design, combined with the rapid output of 3D printing technology, a new model of short-run intelligent design can be formed. First, a dataset based on a reference product is created and treated as 3D shape data to train the deep generative model. Second, s large number of 3D product forms formed in a short period of time are given to designers for further optimization. Finally, after proper format conversion, the 3D modeler will optimize the meshes, render the textured product design and output the results through 3D printing. Using artificial intelligence generation technology to promote human-machine fusion creativity can improve the richness of design schemes and inspire designers to have more form creativity. The convenience of 3D printing output improves the overall design efficiency and realizes the short-line intelligent product design. |
