| 目的 以传统工艺为媒介进行社区文化营造，探究城市社区通过工艺服务创新助推社区特色文化发展的策略。方法 分析归纳现有城市社区存在的问题，以工艺本质属性的回归为出发点，结合服务设计方法，从价值创造和服务策略构建等多个角度，对社区文化营造的方法进行阐释。结果 探索工艺服务构建的城市社区文化新局面，使参与者之间形成共益、共创、互动、分享的新型关系。结论 以工艺文化为导向的服务创新，打造了社区实体层面的空间，促进了传统工艺文化的传播、工艺产业的发展以及新型邻里关系的构建，为传统工艺落实于日常生活中的实际研究，以及后续文化主管部门推广社区创新提供了一定的参考。 |

| This paper aims to taking traditional craft as the media to create community culture, and explores the strategies of urban communities to boost the development of community cultural characteristics through craft service innovation. It analyzes and summarizes the problems in the existing urban communities, starts from the regression of the essential attributes of the craft, and explains the methods of cultural empowerment of community from the such multidimensional perspectives as value creation and service strategy construction combined with the service design method. The purpose is to explore the new situation of urban community culture constructed by craft service, to form a new relationship of mutual benefit, co-creation, interaction and sharing among participants. It is concluded that the technology culture oriented service innovation is not only to build community space entity level, but also to promote the spread of traditional culture, process industries and the construction of a new neighbourhood relations, for the traditional process implementation in the daily life of the actual research and subsequent innovation or the competent department of culture to promote community cultural industry incubation, the creation provides the certain reference value. |
