| 目的 文章研究了文化产业数字化的发展模式与协同体系设计。方法 从文化产业数字化的定义和内核出发，剖析了国外文化产业数字化的发展模式;总结了我国当前发展文化产业数字化的窘境。结果 提出了适应我国文化产业数字化的高效发展模式与协同体系;结论 构建了政府主导的“1+N”协同体系发展模式:由政府主体领导的精英联盟、文化企事业、群智个体等合作伙伴共同组成的多方协作利益共同体;阐述了“五位一体”的设计发展战略，集数据战略、政策规划、数智技术标准与规范、法律体系、扶持政策为一体大力发展数字文化;形成政府与社会共同参与设计的协同保障体系，为数字文化产业蓬勃发展添砖加瓦。 |

| This paper studies the development model and collaborative system design of the digitization of cultural industry. From the concept and connotation of digitization of the cultural industry, the development mode of the foreign digitization of cultural industry can be analyzed, the current development difficulties faced by China can be concluded; An efficient development model and a collaborative system adaptive to the development of China's digitization of cultural industry is represented; A +N , that is, a multi-party cooperative interest community composed of government-led elite alliance, cultural enterprises, group intelligence individuals and other partners; Besides, this paper expounds the "Five-in-O A synergistic guarantee system designed with the participation of the government and society is taking shape, so as to escort the healthy and sustainable development of digital and cultural industries. |
