      目的 为应对代际支持减弱所造成的空巢老人现象,城镇社区开始着力打造以家庭为单位的智慧居家养老生态模式。本研究立足于智慧康养背景,基于UTAUT整合性技术接受模型,以构建居家老人对健康监测产品的技术接受模型。方法 通过李克特五级量表回收55~80岁的老年人主体样本,使用SPSS检验数据信效度并采用结构方程模型验证相关路径假设。结果 研究模型拟合度较好,其中努力期望、社会影响、感知价值、产品特征对行为意愿有显著影响;绩效期望和感知风险对行为意愿无显著影响;经验、教育、自感健康状况在该模型中无显著调节作用。结论 针对研究结果对相关影响因素进行深入探讨并就有效提升老年人使用健康监测类产品的意愿提出理论指导和策略建议。
英文摘要:
      To cope with the phenomenon of the elderly living alone due to weakened intergenerational support, urban communities begin to focus on building an ecological model of smart home-based for the elderly with family as a unit. Under the background of smart health care, the work aims to construct a technology model of acceptability of health monitoring devices among the elderly living at home based on UTAUT model. A sample of elderly subjects aged 55 to 80 years was recovered through a five-point Likert scale. SPSS 25 was used to test the data reliability and validity, and the structural equation model was adopted to verify the relevant path hypothesis. The study model fits well, in which effort expectancy, social influence, perceived value, and product characteristics have significant effects on behavioral intentions, performance expectancy and perceived risk have no significant effects on behavioral intentions and experience, education, and self-perceived health status have no significant moderating effect in the model. According to the study results, in-depth discussion is carried out to the relevant influencing factors and theoretical guidance suggestions are put forward on how to improve the acceptability of the health monitoring devices by the elderly.
