      目的 在乡村振兴战略背景下,对洛阳县区乡村的现况及存在问题进行梳理,采用艺术赋能的方式对美丽乡村建设的策略和实践进行探索。方法 组织师生成立“创益援”公益社,采用课程导入的方式和乡镇、企业进行项目对接,结合乡村文化资源与产业,针对乡村发展中所存在的问题,从规划赋能、设计赋能、文化赋能方面提出改进策略。结果 依托村落改造规划设计课程及“中原乡村振兴研究院”,完成了多个乡村规划、视觉形象设计、乡村农产品的包装和品牌设计项目,以助力乡村发展。公益社学生在项目实践中得到了锻炼,参加第八届中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛并获得全国铜奖。结论 艺术赋能是乡村建设中创造性保护和创新性发展的有效路径之一。积极参与乡村规划、视觉形象设计以打造村落的品牌形象,通过产品、包装和品牌设计赋能乡村的品质产业,从而挖掘乡村蕴含的发展潜力,推动美丽乡村建设新格局的形成。

      The work aims to sort out the current situation and existing problems of rural areas in Luoyang County in the context of rural revitalization strategy, and explore the strategy and practice of building beautiful rural areas through artistic empowerment. Teachers and students were organized to set up a "Chuangyi Aid" public welfare club, connect projects with towns and enterprises through curriculum introduction, combine rural cultural resources and industries, and propose improvement strategies from the aspects of planning empowerment, design empowerment and cultural empowerment in view of the pain points existing in rural development. As a result, the team relied on the course of village renovation planning and design, as well as the "Central Plains Rural Revitalization Research Institute" of the college, to complete multiple rural planning, visual image design, packaging of rural agricultural products, and brand design projects to assist in rural development. The students of the Charity Society were trained in the project practice. They participated in the 8th China International "Internet+ ntrepreneurship Competition and won the National Bronze Award. In conclusion, art empowerment is an effective path for creative protection and innovative development in rural construction. It is suggested to actively participate in rural planning and visual image design to create the brand image of the village, empower the quality industry of the village through product design, packaging, and brand design, thereby tap into the development potential contained in the countryside and promote the formation of a new pattern of beautiful rural construction.
