目的 为提升计算机辅助技术在装备设计上的应用并为装备设计质量和设计效率提供理论支撑。方法 以CNKI为代表的学术资源数据库下载并整理相关文献,分析现有装备设计中数字化设计技术的关键技术、研究方向,以及相关应用,对装备设计、计算机辅助设计技术的发展历程、CAD/CAE/CAM技术目前在装备设计应用中的现状和可挖掘的问题,以及在不同装备设计领域的具体案例应用进行了详细阐述,并对计算机辅助技术与装备设计深入融合的发展趋势进行了详细阐述。结论 CAD/CAE/CAM在辅助装备设计领域已经取得了显著进展,成为现代装备设计中不可或缺的工具。通过分析计算机辅助技术在装备设计深入融合的发展趋势,从虚拟现实与增强现实技术融合、计算机辅助协同设计与全生命周期管理、计算机多学科协同仿真与数字孪生等关键技术方向,进一步综合、归纳研究方向和发展趋势,为未来设计人员应对复杂装备设计调整提供了参考和依据。 |

The work aims to enhance the application of computer-aided technology in equipment design and provide theoretical support for equipment design quality and design efficiency. Based on the academic resource database represented by CNKI, the related literature was downloaded and sorted out to analyze the key technologies, research directions and related applications of the existing digital design technologies in equipment design and elaborate the development history of equipment design and computer-aided design technologies, the current status of the application of CAD/CAE/ CAM technologies in equipment design, the problems to be explored and the specific case applications in different equipment design fields. In addition, the development trend of the in-depth integration of computer-aided technology in equipment design was expounded in detail. CAD/CAE/CAM has made significant progress in the field of auxiliary equipment design, and has become an indispensable tool in modern equipment design. By analyzing the development trend of the in-depth integration of computer-aided technology in equipment design, the research direction and development trend are further synthesized and summarized from the key technological directions of the integration of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technology, computer-aided collaborative design and full life cycle management, computer multidisciplinary co-simulation and digital twins, etc., thus providing reference and basis for future designers to cope with the adjustment of the complex equipment design. |
