目的 探究在技术快速更新的时代,影响用户对数字博物馆界面技术接受行为的因素及对应机制,为数字博物馆界面设计提供策略。方法 通过结构方程模型(SEM, Structural Equation Modeling)工具,结合对数字博物馆既有研究中各组成要素的提取分析,在技术接受模型(TAM, Technology Acceptance Model)的理论框架上进行模型构建与计算。结果 模型机制显示出在“点–网–质”的博物馆界面要素框架中,“点–设备”要素中的“提升设备使用的便利度”“网–系统”要素中“确保语义连贯的信息链接”“质–信息”要素中“新奇的科普信息文本”对促成用户DMI(Digital Museum Interface)技术接受行为的作用最显著。结论 基于“点–网–质”影响要素框架的DMI技术接受行为模型能输出对数字博物馆界面设计具有指导意义的策略,且具有进一步研究的价值。 |

Abstract: |
The work aims to find the influencing factors and corresponding mechanisms that affect users' acceptance of digital museum interface technology in the era of rapid technological updates, and provide strategies for digital museum interface design. Through the structural equation model (SEM) tool, combined with the extraction of various component elements in existing digital museum research, a model was constructed and calculated on the theoretical framework of a technology acceptance model (TAM). The model mechanism showed that in the "point-network-quality" museum interface element framework, the "improvement of equipment use convenience" in the "point-device" element, the "assurance of semantically coherent information links" in the "network-system" element, and the "novel popular science information text" in the "quality-information" element had the most significant effect on promoting users' DMI technology acceptance behavior. In conclusion, the DMI technology acceptance behavior model based on the "point-network-quality" influencing factor framework can output strategies that are instructive for digital museum interface design, and is worthy of further research |
