目的 探索社区中老年运动场景下的智能语音交互设计策略，为老年群体的运动健康提供更好的语音交互体验。方法 基于问卷调查、用户访谈等方法，分析并整理老年群体在运动场景下对细分服务功能和智能语音设计要素的需求，结合专家评估提出面向老年运动场景的智能语音交互设计策略。在此基础上，设计智能语音交互原型并在多个社区进行演示评估实验和“绿野仙踪”实验，获取老年用户对语音交互和系统服务可用性评价。结果 设计策略的可用性与有效性得到验证。对于老年运动场景的智能语音交互设计，应该着重考虑身体健康指标监测、提供锻炼指导和锻炼数据记录反馈等细分服务功能，注意语速、音量、交互主动性、声音印象、唤醒词等智能语音设计要素。不同细分服务功能下符合用户偏好的智能语音设计要素有所差异。结论 研究结果为社区老年运动场景的语音交互设计提供了参考和建议，这是老龄化社会趋势下一个值得探索的新方向。

The work aims to explore a voice interaction design strategy tailored for the elderly sports scene within communities, so as to provide the better voice interaction experience for the sports health of the elderly. Based on questionnaire surveys and user interviews, the functional requirements of the elderly groups for subdivision service functions and intelligent voice design elements in sports scenes were analyzed and sorted out, and the intelligent voice interaction design strategy for the elderly sports scene was put forward combined with expert evaluations. On this basis, an intelligent voice interaction prototype was designed to carry out the experiments of demonstration evaluation and "The Wizard of Oz" in multiple communities to obtain the evaluation of voice interaction and system service usability by elderly users. The feasibility and effectiveness of the design strategy were verified. The intelligent voice interaction design tailored for the elderly sports scene should highlight the importance of monitoring physical health indicators and providing exercise guidance and recording and feedback on exercise data in elderly sports voice interaction design. Additionally, it should emphasize the need for intelligent voice design elements like pace, volume, interactive initiative, tonal quality, and wake-up phrases. Just as importantly, different intelligent voice design elements varied under specific service functions to match user preferences. The research results offer valuable insights and guidance for the voice interaction design in elderly sports scenes within communities, which is a novel and pertinent direction under the trend of aging society.
