摘要

目的 针对商用车驾驶过程车载软件交互容易引发驾驶风险的问题,提出基于客观数据分析商用车车载软件人机交互测评的方法。方法 招募22名被试对车载软件人机交互进行体验测评实验,借助眼动仪、手指运动追踪系统采集被试完成指定的操作任务过程的眼动、手指运动等客观数据,应用心理量表采集被试的主观评价值。对客观数据进行单因素方差分析,筛选出主观评价相关的客观行为数据指标,建立基于客观行为数据的商用车车载软件人机交互体验评价回归模型。结果 通过对模型进行验证,模型准确率为0.782。结论 通过客观行为数据能够对车载软件人机交互体验进行综合评价,测评结果可为车载软件的交互设计改进提供数据支撑,对商用车驾驶安全具有重要意义。

Abstract

To address the issue of driving risks caused by software interaction of commercial vehicles during the driving process, the work aims to propose a method based on objective data analysis for human-computer interaction evaluation of commercial vehicle software. 22 participants were recruited to conduct an experience evaluation experiment on human-computer interaction in vehicle software. Objective data such as eye movements and finger movements were collected by an eye tracker and finger tracking system during the completion of designated operational tasks, and subjective evaluation values were collected by a psychological scale. A one-way ANOVA was conducted on objective data to screen out objective behavioral data indicators related to subjective evaluation. A regression model for evaluating the human-computer interaction experience of commercial vehicle software based on objective behavioral data was established and validated, with an accuracy rate of 0.782. Objective behavioral data can provide a comprehensive evaluation of the human-computer interaction experience of vehicle software, and the evaluation results can provide data basis for improving the interaction design of vehicle software, which is of great significance to the driving safety of commercial vehicles.
