目的 为传统壮锦配色的提取和设计应用提供一种新的思路，提升设计的美学价值。方法 通过将图像处理与色彩调和理论相结合，首先对图案进行平滑、去噪处理，便于后续的色彩提取;尝试将RGB色彩空间映射至HSV色彩空间，再使用K-means++聚类算法提取出特征色彩;引入色彩调和理论进行色彩美度计算，调和优化输出新的配色方案;最后使用PAD评价方法验证壮锦图案色彩提取和优化的可行性。结果 实验证明了基于HSV进行壮锦色彩提取具有更高的准确度。同时引入色彩调和理论，在壮锦传统配色逻辑的基础上，对传统配色方案进行了美度优化，并验证了色彩优化应用的有效性。结论 为传统壮锦配色方案的设计优化提供一种基于量化美学的方法，避免较强的主观性，使壮锦的色彩搭配既保留传统文化又符合当代审美。

The work aims to provide a new approach for the extraction and design application of traditional Zhuang brocade color schemes, and to enhance the aesthetic value of design. By combining image processing with the color harmony theory, the pattern was first smoothed and denoised to facilitate subsequent color extraction. Attempt was made to map RGB color space to HSV color space, and then the K-means++clustering algorithm was used to extract feature colors. The color harmony theory was introduced for color beauty calculation, optimizing and outputting new color schemes through harmony. Finally, the feasibility of extracting and optimizing the color of Zhuang brocade patterns was verified by PAD evaluation. The experimental results proved that color extraction of Zhuang brocade based on HSV had higher accuracy. At the same time, the color harmony theory was introduced, and based on the traditional color matching logic of Zhuang brocade, the beauty of the traditional color matching scheme was optimized, and the effectiveness of color optimization application was verified. The conclusion provides a quantitative aesthetic method for optimizing the design of traditional Zhuang brocade color schemes, avoiding strong subjectivity and making the color matching of Zhuang brocade both preserve traditional culture and conform to contemporary aesthetics.
