摘要

目的 面向复杂社会系统中的抗解问题时,设计师将系统工程疆域的系统设计(systems design)迭代升维到基于软系统方法论的系统性设计(systemic design)。方法 从复杂社会系统中的设计挑战着手,对系统设计的适用性进行反思,通过梳理系统性设计(systemic design)的概念发展和相关定义,界定了系统性设计是一个包含整体性的系统思考、建构性的设计过程和融合性的干预策略等具体内涵的思维方式,并在已有理论的基础上构建了“系统性的心智模式-迭代性的实践方法论-适应性的方法和工具集”三层次系统性设计思维框架。结论 通过文献梳理和理论思考,并结合作者在乡村开展的系统性设计实践,挖掘系统性设计在传统和新兴设计领域中的设计价值,引导设计师借助系统性设计在各专业领域促进系统变革。

Abstract

In terms of wicked problems in complex social systems, the work aims to help designers iteratively upgrade systems design in the system engineering domain to the systemic design based on the soft systems methodology. Starting from the design challenge in complex social systems, the applicability of systems design was considered again seriously. By sorting out the concept and connotations of systemic design, the systemic design was defined as a thinking way with specific connotations such as holistic system thinking, constructive design process and integrated intervention strategies. Then, a three-level systemic design thinking framework was constructed based on the existing theory, including "systematic mental model, iterative practice methodology, adaptive methods and tools set". Through literature review and theoretical thinking, combined with a typical systemic design practices by authors, the design value of systemic design in traditional and emerging design fields has been explored, guiding designers to promote system-level change in various professional fields with the help of systemic design.
