摘要

目的 探索文旅康养服务模式,构建基于感知示能性理论的服务系统框架,提出一种文旅康养产业APP设计方法。方法 首先,分析国内文旅康养服务现状,通过Kano模型分析得出用户需求优先级排序;其次,将感知示能性与文旅康养产业游客需求对应,构建文旅康养服务APP“需求-感知示能性-服务”框架;最后,结合需求层、理论层、服务层完成服务缺口定向改进,构建文旅康养服务系统框架。结果 梳理用户文旅康养服务体验流程,结合“三个阶段”和“两个使用场景”,完成以大连金石滩旅游度假区为例的文旅康养服务用户端APP和管理端工作台设计。结论 感知示能性理论与Kano模型结合能够为文旅康养产业推导出用户服务需求分类和优先级,为文旅康养产业APP设计提供参考与规范。

Abstract

The work aims to explore the model of cultural tourism and health care services, construct a service system framework based on perceived affordance theory, and propose an App design method that is in line with the cultural tourism and health care industry. Firstly, the current situation of cultural tourism and health care services in China was analyzed and the priority ranking of user needs was obtained through the analysis of Kano model. Secondly, the perceived affordance theory was corresponded with the demand of tourists in the cultural tourism and health care industry to construct a framework of "demand - perceived affordance - function" for the cultural tourism and health care service App. Finally, by combining the theoretical layer, demand layer, and service item practice layer, the targeted improvement of service gaps was completed, and a framework for the cultural tourism and health care service system was constructed. The user experience process of cultural tourism and health care services was sorted out, and combined with "three stages" and "two usage scenarios", the design of a cultural tourism and health care service user end App and management end workbench, with Dalian Jinshitan Tourism Resort as an example, was completed. The combination of perceived affordance theory and Kano model can derive the classification and priority of user service demands for the cultural tourism and health care industry, and provide reference and specifications for the design of cultural tourism and health care Apps.
