摘要

目的 聚焦于水下环境,旨在以用户需求为核心,实现头戴式耳机的创新设计应用研究。方法 通过访谈、问卷和试验等方式,广泛收集相关产品数据;利用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)构建设计需求层次表,结合现实树(Current Reality Tree,CRT)逻辑分析,以深入挖掘与分析用户需求,并将其转化为具体的设计要素;基于这些设计要素,引入生成设计,通过产品效果图的意象生成,获取造型灵感进行设计实践与评价,形成了一套完整的创新设计方法。结果 用户在水下耳机的选择上最为关注的是产品的防水性能、使用安全性和通话清晰度,这些因素直接关系到基本使用体验。另外,期望耳机能具备一定的舒适度、耐用性、稳定性和可靠性。结论 多角度整合了水下耳机使用环境的需求,并根据这些需求的重要性进行权重分析,以指导方案设计,打破了设计师与用户感知差异,以满足用户在多样化水下活动中的听觉需求,为特殊环境耳机设计提供参考,推动了耳机在多功能需求下的创新发展。

Abstract

Focusing on the underwater environment, the work aims to take user demands as the core to achieve innovative design applications of headphones. The method involves collecting a wide range of product data through interviews, questionnaires, and experiments. By using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct a design requirement hierarchy table, and combined with the Current Reality Tree (CRT) logical analysis, this approach deeply explored and analyzed user demands and transformed them into specific design elements. Based on these design elements, generative design was introduced. And by generating product effect images to obtain design inspiration, design practice and evaluation were carried out, forming a complete set of innovative design methods. The result indicated that when choosing underwater headphones, users were most concerned about the product's waterproof performance, safety in use, and call clarity, which were directly related to the basic user experience. Additionally, they expected the headphones to have a certain level of comfort, durability, stability, and reliability. The conclusion integrates the demands for underwater headphone use from multiple perspectives and guides the design scheme based on the importance of these demands, breaking the perception gap between designers and users. This meets the auditory demands of users in a variety of underwater activities, provides a reference for the design of special environment headphones, and promotes the innovative development of headphones under multifunctional needs.
