摘要

目的 从信息社会到智能社会、从智能城市到智能社区,随着人们生活需求的不断提高,打造多角度、多领域的综合类智能社区生活服务应用程序应运而生。本文探讨智慧城市框架下智能社区的智能生活管家程序用户界面设计研究。方法 分析当前社区生活管家应用程序的发展现状和存在的问题,在提高社区与居民的交流效率和便捷生活的智能社区服务模式理念下,结合新时代智慧社区的责任和任务,提出智能生活管家应用程序用户界面的设计原则,通过应用情感化设计、设计心理学、人机工程学及用户界面设计等设计原则,研究智能生活管家应用程序用户界面设计。结果 设计完成智能生活管家应用程序“猫管家”APP,提高居民社区生活的便捷性。结论 总结智能社区生活管家应用程序的设计理念、功能框架、用户界面设计和设计实践,为实现智能、人文、宜居的现代新型智能社区服务,进而提高人民群众生活幸福感。同时,探索将智能生活管家程序与基于多种新技术而产生的其他新型互联网应用相链接,适应未来万物互联的服务产品生态模式,为智慧城市的可持续发展贡献力量。

Abstract

From the information society to the smart society, and from smart cities to smart communities, as people's living demands continue to rise, applications for comprehensive smart community life services from multiple perspectives and fields have emerged. The work aims to study the user interface design of the smart life manager applications for smart communities under the framework of smart cities. Through the analysis on the current development status and existing problems of community life manager applications, and under the concept of improving the communication efficiency between the community and residents and providing convenient smart community services, combined with the responsibilities and tasks of smart communities in the new era, the design principles of the user interface for the smart life manager application were proposed. Through the application of the principles and methods of emotional design, and in combination with the design principles of design psychology, ergonomics, and aesthetics, the user interface design of the smart life manager was studied. The smart life manager application "Cat Butler" APP was designed to enhance the convenience of residents' community life. The design concept, feasibility analysis, functional framework, user interface design, and application rules of the smart community life manager application are summarized and concluded. This contributes to achieving intelligent, humanistic, and livable modern smart community services, thereby enhancing the happiness of the people's lives. At the same time, it explores the connection between the smart life manager application and other new Internet applications based on multiple new technologies, adapting to the future service product ecosystem model of the Internet of Everything, and contributing to the sustainable development of smart cities.
