目的 针对智慧城市深度老龄化背景下公共卫生间存在的感官体验割裂与技术碎片化问题,从设计学视角构建多感交互设计框架,推动其由功能空间向情感化空间转型。方法 融合文献分析与以天津市为样板的全方位实地调研,提出视觉-听觉-触觉协同优化策略,并运用智能技术进行设计实践验证。结果 调研揭示天津市公共卫生间存在数量普及但非均衡性显著、无障碍设计情感化关怀不足、卫生设施智能化水平有待提升等核心问题。结论 以多感交互设计作为情感媒介,在城市适老化改造中显著提升了老年用户使用体验,为智慧城市适老化公共卫生间设计提供了融合人文关怀的创新路径,助力包容性城市建设。
Abstract
The work aims to construct a multi-sensory interaction design framework from a design perspective, to deal with the sensory experience fragmentation and technological fragmentation issues in public restrooms under the backdrop of deep aging in smart cities, and promote the transformation of public restrooms from functional spaces to emotional spaces. By integrating literature analysis and comprehensive on-site research with Tianjin as a model, a visual-auditory-tactile collaborative optimization strategy was proposed, and intelligent technology was applied for design practice verification. The research revealed that public restrooms in Tianjin had core issues such as widespread distribution but significant imbalance, insufficient emotional care in barrier-free design, and the need for improvement in the intelligent level of sanitary facilities. In conclusion, as an emotional medium, multi-sensory interaction design significantly enhances the user experience of elderly users in the process of urban elderly-friendly renovation, providing an innovative path that integrates humanistic care for the design of elderly-friendly public restrooms in smart cities and contributing to the construction of inclusive cities.
