摘要

目的针对轨道交通运维效率提升对智能远程检修的迫切需求,探究远程协作模式下虚拟团队的认知规律,为智能检修系统优化提供理论支撑。方法采用文献调研与案例研究相结合的方法,分析任务复杂度、信息透明度、工具可视化等要素对认知过程的影响机制,梳理虚拟协作中的关键认知特征。结果揭示虚拟团队协作存在“自外向内”新型认知加工路径,归纳形成“自上而下、自下而上、自外及内”的三元认知路径,以及“团队、任务、系统”三维度影响因素,并阐释数智技术（语音交互、电子指南、虚拟形象）对认知偏差的修正效应。结论凝练虚拟团队认知协同特征,为轨道交通人机协同运维系统提供工效学依据,推动数智交通虚拟检修系统的高效落地。

Abstract

Aiming at the urgent demand for intelligent remote maintenance for the improvement of rail transit operation and maintenance efficiency, the work aims to explore the cognitive law of virtual teams in the remote collaboration mode, so as to provide theoretical support for the optimization of intelligent maintenance systems. Through combination of literature research and case studies, the influence of task complexity, information transparency, tool visualization and other elements on the cognitive process was analyzed, and the key cognitive features in virtual collaboration were sorted out. The results revealed that there was a new cognitive processing path of "outside-in" in virtual teamwork. The three-dimensional cognitive paths of "top-down, bottom-up, outside-in" and the three-dimensional influencing factors of "team, task, and system" were summarized, and the corrective effects of digital intelligence technologies (voice interaction, e-guide, and virtual image) on the cognitive bias were explained. This study condenses the cognitive synergistic characteristics of virtual teams, provides an ergonomics basis for the rail transit human-machine cooperative operation and maintenance system, and promotes the efficient landing of the digital intelligent transportation virtual maintenance system.
