摘要

目的 随着亲子出行需求的增加,传统列车车厢在支持亲子出行方面存在明显不足,难以有效满足儿童及其家长在旅途中多层次的实际需求。方法 基于积极心理学中的PERMA模型,提出以提升亲子幸福感为导向的车厢设计理念。通过实地观察与深度访谈,构建涵盖正向、负向及期望的3类体验画布,并提炼出与PERMA五大维度(积极情绪、投入、人际关系、意义与成就)相对应的情感需求指标。随后结合观察法与案例分析,归纳影响亲子幸福体验的设计因子,运用KANO模型识别其属性与优先级,最终构建“PERMA×KANO”策略矩阵,实现情感需求与功能配置的有机整合。结果 积极情绪与人际关系是影响亲子幸福体验的关键维度,儿童影音、阅读空间,以及家庭包厢类设计则是用户普遍关注的期望方向。同时,面向婴幼儿的部分魅力型设计因子在提升情绪价值与用户满意度方面表现出较大潜力。结论 既为亲子友好型列车设计提供了理论依据与方法路径,又为构建更具人文关怀的儿童友好型公共交通环境提供了实践参考。

Abstract

As the need for parent-child travel increases, traditional train carriages face significant shortcomings in supporting such trips, failing to effectively meet the multi-layered needs of children and their parents during the journey. Based on the PERMA model from positive psychology, this study proposed a carriage design concept aimed at enhancing parent-child well-being. Through field observations and in-depth interviews, three types of experience canvases, including the positive, the negative, and the expected, were constructed, and emotional need indicators corresponding to the five dimensions of the PERMA model (Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment) were extracted. Subsequently, through observational methods and case analysis, design factors influencing parent-child happiness experiences were identified, and the KANO model was used to determine their attributes and priorities. A "PERMA×KANO" strategy matrix was then developed to achieve an organic integration of emotional needs and functional configurations. Positive emotion and relationships were found to be the key dimensions affecting parent-child happiness experiences. Design in children's audiovisual areas, reading spaces, and family compartments were generally regarded as expected by users. At the same time, certain attractive design factors aimed at infants showed considerable potential in enhancing emotional value and user satisfaction. In conclusion, this study provides a theoretical foundation and a methodological approach for designing parent-child friendly train carriages, and offers practical insights for creating more human-centered and child-friendly public transportation environments.
