摘要

目的 医学影像检查中,患者的心理和情感需求缺乏关注,导致其情绪波动,影响就诊体验,本文从患者情绪视角出发,构建医学影像检查体验的设计策略,旨在提升患者在检查各阶段的体验。方法 通过现场观察、访谈和问卷调研等方式,获得患者进行医学影像检查的具体流程,使用EEG、ET和主观表达等方式获得用户情绪反应,根据用户体验理论构建医学影像检查全周期体验设计策略并进行设计实践。结果 基于医学影像检查流程构建了优化患者检查体验的设计策略,探讨了生理测量、面部表情识别和主观表达等情绪研究方法在医学影像检查体验设计中的应用,将检查体验各阶段与各用户体验触点进行适配,通过影像检查APP和MRI设备的创新设计,优化了患者MRI影像检查体验。结论 通过患者情绪与用户体验理论的结合可以有效指导医学影像检查体验的策略构建,对MRI设备的外观评估及影像检查APP的可用性测试验证了策略的有效性,为医学影像检查的用户体验设计提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract

In medical imaging examinations, patients' psychological and emotional needs are often overlooked, leading to mood fluctuations and affecting their experience. The work aims to develop a design strategy focused on patients' emotional perspectives to enhance their experience at each examination stage. Through on-site observations, interviews, and questionnaire surveys, the specific process of patients undergoing examinations was obtained. EEG, eye tracking (ET), and subjective reporting were used to gather users' emotional responses. Based on user experience theory, a full-cycle design strategy for medical imaging examination experience was developed and applied in practice. A design strategy was developed based on the imaging examinations process to enhance patient experience. This study explored the application of emotion research methods, such as physiological measurement, facial expression recognition, and subjective reporting, in imaging examinations experience design. By aligning each stage with user contacts and innovatively designing an imaging APP and MRI device, patient MRI scan experiences were optimized. Integrating patient emotions with the user experience theory effectively guides the strategy development for imaging examination experiences. Evaluations of MRI device appearance and usability testing of the imaging exam APP validate the strategy's effectiveness, providing valuable insights for user experience design in imaging examinations.
