摘要

目的 针对我国失能老人居家照护中移位器产品存在的舒适性不足、情感诉求忽视等问题,运用感性工学与TRIZ理论的研究方法,旨在设计一款提升失能老人生活质量的多功能移位器。方法 首先,通过资料收集与问卷调查确定移位器感性意象词,采用因子分析核心感性词汇;其次,结合主成分分析法确定影响移位器设计的主要因素,得到待满足设计需求特征;最后,运用TRIZ理论解决技术冲突与物理矛盾,提出创新设计方案。结果 运用感性工学和TRIZ理论结合的设计方法,有效地挖掘了用户的需求,使移位器的设计实践方案更加高效和严谨。结论 感性工学与TRIZ的融合创新有效解决了移位器的情感量化与功能矛盾难题,为失能老人提供了安全、舒适的设计方案。

Abstract

To address the issues of insufficient comfort and neglected emotional demands in home care transfer devices for the disabled elderly in China, the work aims to employ Kansei Engineering and TRIZ theory methodologies to design a multifunctional transfer device that enhances the quality of life. Initially, the sensory imagery vocabulary was determined through data collection and questionnaire surveys, with core perceptual key words extracted via factor analysis. Subsequently, the principal component analysis was used to identify key design factors and obtain critical design requirements. Finally, the TRIZ theory was applied to resolve technical conflicts and physical contradictions, leading to an innovative design solution. The integrated design method combining Kansei Engineering and TRIZ theory effectively revealed user needs, resulting in a more efficient and rigorous design implementation for transfer devices. The synergistic application of Kansei Engineering and TRIZ successfully resolves the challenges of emotional quantification and functional contradictions in transfer device design, providing a safe and comfortable solution that meets both ergonomic and psychological requirements for the elderly with mobility impairments.
