摘要

目的 通过风格迁移算法解决仙居花灯技艺传承式微与特征识别低效问题,提升数字化传承效能。方法 分析风格迁移算法,结合仙居花灯手工技艺的现状和用户需求分析,通过对仙居花灯手工技艺相关图像数据集分析,深入挖掘传统手工艺图像数据,揭示潜在规律并实施手工技艺的数字化重生,建立了仙居花灯手工技艺的卷积神经网络结构,提出了仙居花灯风格迁移算法测试方法。结果 构建了一种基于神经风格迁移下的服务设计框架。结论 通过仙居花灯传统手工技艺服务设计展示其风格迁移后的作品,验证其通过深入地挖掘和应用神经网络算法在传统手工技艺领域的应用,拓展非遗手工技艺的服务场景,提升使用者的用户体验。

Abstract

The work aims to address the urgent issues of declining heritage transmission and inefficient characteristic identification of traditional Xianju Lantern handicraft skills through the style transfer algorithm, so as to improve the efficiency of digital inheritance. The style transfer algorithm was analyzed and combined with the current state of Xianju Lantern handicraft skills and user demand analysis, the dataset of images related to Xianju Lantern handicrafts was investigated to delve into the traditional handicraft image data to uncover the potential law and implement the digital rebirth of handicraft skills. A convolutional neural network (CNN) structure was established for Xianju Lantern handicraft skills, and a testing method for the Xianju Lantern style transfer algorithm was proposed. Then, a service design framework based on the neural style transfer was developed. Through the traditional handicraft service design of Xianju Lantern, the works after the style transfer are displayed, and the application of neural network algorithm in the traditional handicraft field is verified, which expands the service scene of intangible handicraft and enhances the experience of users.
