摘要

目的 为了改善盲童用户对于桌游产品设计的满意度,提出了一种结合AHP-AD-TOPSIS的桌游产品设计路径。方法 首先通过访谈法、观察法等用户研究获取大量用户需求;其次采用层次分析法(AHP),对用户需求进行重要度求解,基于公理设计理论(AD),将重要用户需求转化为设计参数,根据设计参数进行方案构思及设计;最后,采用综合评价法(TOPSIS)对设计方案进行优选决策,并对最佳方案进行优化设计。结果 此设计方法具有可行性,强化了用户需求与设计参数的精准性,进而建立理性评估标准并确保设计质量,提高用户满意度。结论 集AHP-AD-TOPSIS的设计路径可为盲童桌游产品设计开发提供新的路径参考思路,为同类产品设计提供借鉴。

Abstract

In order to improve the satisfaction of blind children for board game product design, the work aims to propose a board game product design path integrated with AHP-AD-TOPSIS. Firstly, a large number of user needs were obtained through interview and observation methods. Secondly, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to determine the importance of user needs. Based on the Axiomatic Design (AD) theory, important user needs were transformed into design parameters, and then the scheme was conceptualized and designed based on these important design parameters. Finally, the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) was used to make optimal decisions on the design scheme and further deepen the optimal design scheme. The design method was feasible, which strengthened the accuracy of user needs and design parameters, and then established rational evaluation standards, ensured design quality and improved user satisfaction. The design path of AHP-AD-TOPSIS can provide reference ideas for the design and development of board games for blind children, offering reference for similar product designs.
