摘要

目的 从旅游者与市民双重体验视角出发,研究都市烟火气与文旅融合的转承创新路径。方法 通过对18位受访者进行深度访谈,提炼其对烟火气的直观印象及潜在诉求。同时,收集2023年至2024年微博、抖音、小红书上关于“淄博”“哈尔滨”的热搜信息,运用层次分析法(AHP)量化诉求权重。结果 市民群体中归属感诉求占比最高,旅游者群体里归属感与探知欲诉求并列居高。在具体诉求权重上,旅游者以探知欲为核心诉求,其次为社交诉求与归属感诉求。市民群体则呈现归属感诉求主导、探知欲与社交诉求依次递减的特征。结论 都市烟火气可提炼出旅游者与市民的不同核心诉求,借助“回家”“朋友”“了解城市”等抽象载体建立共情链路。通过建立符号共识、激活共情机制、设计体验节奏、落地地域实践这四步路径,能实现都市烟火气的转承创新,为城市文旅发展提供参考。

Abstract

The work aims to explore the innovative path for the integration of urban life ambiance and cultural tourism from the dual perspectives of tourists and residents. Through in-depth interviews with 18 respondents, their intuitive impressions and underlying demands for urban life ambiance were extracted. Additionally, hot search information related to "Zibo and Harbin" on Micro-blog, TikTok, and rednote from 2023 to 2024 was collected, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to quantify the weights of these demands. Among residents, the demand for a sense of belonging accounted for the highest proportion, while among tourists, the demands for a sense of belonging and curiosity tied for the highest. In terms of specific demand weights, curiosity was the core demand for tourists, followed by social needs and a sense of belonging. For residents, the demand for a sense of belonging dominated, with curiosity and social needs decreasing in order. Urban life ambiance can reveal different core demands of tourists and residents and the empathy links can be established through abstract carriers such as "returning home", "friends" and "understanding the city". Through four steps of establishing symbolic consensus, activating empathy mechanisms, designing experiential rhythms, and implementing regional practices, the inheritance and innovation of urban life ambiance can be achieved, providing reference for the development of urban cultural tourism.
