生成式人工智能赋能艺术设计领域的研究述评与展望

生成式人工智能赋能艺术设计领域的研究述评与展望

摘要

目的 梳理AIGC应用于艺术设计创作领域的演进脉络和研究现状,明确AIGC在艺术设计领域的应用前景和发展趋势,为提升AIGC在艺术设计内容创作的质量与效率提供建议。方法 以中国知网(CNKI)数据库中AIGC在艺术设计领域的文献作为数据集,运用Cite Space、Excel和Adobe Photoshop构建可视化图谱,从发文量与基金支持、机构与作者、关键词热点等特征开展对比与总结。结果 我国AIGC在艺术设计领域的研究与应用已步入融合发展阶段,热点趋势朝细分专业领域的应用与实践转向,但就生成内容物的权属规范、道德伦理与美学价值融入还有待讨论,创作者应建立跨学科研究能力,主动参与生成式人工智能的模型与算法构建中。结论 未来生成式艺术设计创作研究面临的潜在问题与应对策略,拓展生成式人工智能融入艺术设计创意工作流程的新模式,为后续进一步拓展研究提供参考。

Abstract

The work aims to sort out the evolutionary lineage and research status of artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) applied in the field of art and design creation, to clarify the application prospect and development trend of AIGC in the field of art and design, and to provide suggestions for improving the quality and efficiency of AIGC in the creation of art and design content. With the literature of AIGC in the field of art and design in the database of China Knowledge Network (CNKI) as a dataset, Cite Space, Excel and Adobe Photoshop were used to construct a visual mapping and carry out a comparison and summary from the characteristics of the publication volume and the support of the fund, the institution and the authors, and the hotspot of the key words. The research and application of AIGC in the field of art and design in China has entered the stage of integration and development, and the hot trend is shifting towards the application and practice of subdivided specialties, but the integration of ownership norms, moral ethics and aesthetic value of generative contents is still to be discussed, and the creators should build up the ability of cross-disciplinary research, and take the initiative to participate in the construction of models and algorithms of AIGC. The potential challenges and coping strategies in future generative art design research involve expanding new models for integrating AIGC into artistic design creative workflows to provide reference for further research.
