目的 探究老旧小区导视系统的适老化改造方法,深度挖掘老年居民的情感需求,提升老年居民的使用体验,同时优化小区内部环境,实现老年居民从小区养老到小区享老的过渡。方法 通过系统地梳理情感层次理论,将老旧小区导视系统适老化划分为本能层、行为层和反思层三个情感维度。结合扎根理论方法,采用实地调研和半结构化访谈收集一手调研资料,并对调研资料进行编码与分类,逐步分析不同概念间的内在联系。结果 界定本能层、行为层和反思层的关系,以及其在所对应的需求域,构建老旧小区导视系统的适老化需求模型,并应用于东住宅小区的导视系统改造中。结论 这一模型不仅为老旧小区导视系统的适老化改造提供了有力的理论和实践支持,并且对促进老龄化社会的健康和可持续发展具有重要的实践意义。
Abstract
The work aims to investigate the methods for elderly-oriented renovation of signage systems in old residential communities, delve into the emotional needs of the elderly to enhance their user experience and improve the internal environment of communities, facilitate the transition from basic aging care in communities to enjoying old age within communities. By systematically examining the theory of emotional layers, the elderly-oriented transformation of signage systems in old residential communities was categorized into three emotional dimensions: instinct, behavior, and reflection. According to the grounded theory methodology, primary research data were collected through field research and semi-structured interviews, and this data was then coded and categorized to progressively analyze the intrinsic connections between different concepts. The relationships between the instinctual, behavioral, and reflective layers, as well as their corresponding domains of needs were defined, and an elderly-oriented needs model for signage systems in old residential communities was constructed and applied to the renovation of the signage system in the Dong residential community. This model not only provides robust theoretical and practical support for the elderly-oriented transformation of signage systems in old communities, but also holds significant practical value for promoting the health and sustainable development of an aging society.
