摘要

目的 运用新的集成方法设计一款具有文化属性的陶瓷茶具,以扩大平遥推光漆器文化传承的传播途径。方法 对用户访谈数据进行收集分析,提取消费者对陶瓷茶具设计的感性意向词汇。采用KE感性工学方法对得到的茶具感性需求词汇进行聚类后,通过模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对陶瓷茶具感性需求构建递阶层次分析,确定影响因素以及其权重顺序,形成设计方案。通过模糊层次分析法对设计方案进行筛选,最终确定符合消费者需求的陶瓷茶具设计方案。结果及结论 本研究探索了基于KE-FAHP的茶具产品创新设计与评价方法,并通过以推光漆器首饰盒为灵感的茶具设计实例验证了该方法的可行性。为后续茶具产品的设计师提供了创新的理论和实践指导,也为传统文化的传承和创新提供了新的路径。

Abstract

The work aims to employ a new integrated method to design a ceramic tea set with cultural attributes, so as to expand the dissemination channels of Pingyao's polished lacquerware culture. The user interview data were collected and analyzed to extract the perceptual intention words of consumers towards the design of ceramic tea sets; After clustering the obtained vocabulary of perceptual demands for tea sets using the KE perceptual engineering method, a hierarchical analysis of the perceptual demands for ceramic tea sets was constructed through the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to determine the influencing factors and their weight sequence, and form the design scheme. The design schemes were screened through the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and finally the design scheme of ceramic tea sets that met the demands of consumers was determined. In conclusion, this study explored the innovative design and evaluation method of tea sets based on KE-FAHP, and verified the feasibility of this method through a tea set design example inspired by the polished lacquerware box. It provides innovative theoretical and practical guidance for the designers of subsequent tea set products, and also offers a new path for the inheritance and innovation of traditional culture.
