目的 解决新时代背景下非遗文化创意产品在保护与创新中的挑战,研究基于用户需求的文化产品开发方法,以实现非遗文化的现代化表达与传承创新的平衡。方法 构建形感效理论框架,将非遗文化创意产品划分为形式层、感知层和效果层。结合KANO模型和AHP法,系统分析用户需求类型,并量化其重要性,以指导设计实践。研究采用访谈、问卷调查结合多模型的方法,构建科学化的需求分析与产品开发流程。结果 用户需求的3类核心类型——基本需求、期望需求和魅力需求,并重点分析了使用体验感、品牌故事及图案设计对消费者满意度的影响。通过设计实践,成功开发出以潮州木雕艺术为基础的文创产品,展现了非遗技艺的当代价值和市场潜力。结论 构建“形感效”理论模型及其结合KANO与AHP的需求分析方法,能够有效指导非遗文化创意产品的现代化设计与开发,为文化传承与产业创新提供了科学工具,以促进传统文化的保护与传承。
Abstract
To address the challenges of protecting and innovating in intangible cultural heritage products in the new era, the work aims to study a methodology for developing cultural products based on user demands, in order to achieve a balance between modern expression and inheritance innovation of intangible cultural heritage. A theoretical framework of "shape-sensory-effect" was established to categorize intangible cultural heritage products into form layer, sensory layer, and effect layer. Combined with the KANO model and AHP method, the types of user demands were analyzed systematically and their importance was quantified to guide design practice. The combination of interviews, questionnaires, and multiple models was used to build a scientific process for demand analysis and product development. Three core types of user demands were identified, including basic demands, expected demands, and excitement demands, and the impact of usage experience, brand stories, and pattern design on customer satisfaction was analyzed. Through design practice, the cultural and creative products based on Chaozhou woodcarving art were successfully developed, showcasing the contemporary value and market potential of intangible craftsmanship. The "shape-sensory-effect" theoretical model and the demand analysis method combining KANO and AHP can effectively guide the modern design and development of intangible cultural heritage products, providing a scientific tool for cultural inheritance and industrial innovation to promote the protection and inheritance of traditional culture.
