摘要

目的 通过应用Kano-DEMATEL方法,探讨一体机设计该如何提升社区环境中老年人使用健身器材的健康检测无意识性、便利性,以及增加检测的多样性和趣味性,以促进社区老年人的健康管理。方法 采用Kano方法提取用户需求,并将需求划分为3个主要类别,构建用户需求层次分析图。通过计算各需求权重值,并结合DEMATEL方法,识别并分析需求间的综合影响关系,整合各项用户需求数据,计算得出Kano-DEMATEL复合用户需求影响因子。该因子将用于指导健身检测一体机的设计,并对设计方案进行评估,最终得出具有可靠性的产品设计方案。结果 以Kano-DEMATEL复合方法进行健身检测一体机的设计,便捷了老年人在社区进行健康检测的需要。并依据需求指标进行满意度评估,完成了设计方案。结论 使用Kano-DEMATEL复合方法进行健身检测一体机的设计及评估,能在产品开发和改进中有效地解决用户需求指标不明确的问题,两者结合形成的复合型方法能够提升产品的用户体验。本研究对同类产品的用户需求研究也可以提供相应的参考价值。

Abstract

Through the application of the Kano-DEMATEL method, the work aims to explore how to enhance the unconsciousness, convenience and diversity of health detection for elderly individuals with fitness equipment in community environments, thereby promoting health management among elderly residents. User needs were extracted by the Kano method and divided into three main categories. Then, a user needs hierarchy diagram was constructed. By calculating the weight values of each need and combining them with the DEMATEL method, the interrelationships and comprehensive impacts among these needs were identified and analyzed. The user needs data were integrated to calculate the Kano-DEMATEL composite user need impact factor, which was used to guide the design of the integrated fitness detection device and evaluate the design scheme, ultimately resulting in a reliable product design solution. Finally, the Kano-DEMATEL composite method was applied in the design of the fitness detection system, facilitating the health detection needs of elderly individuals in the community. A satisfaction evaluation based on the need indicators was conducted, completing the design scheme. The use of the Kano-DEMATEL composite method for the design and evaluation of fitness detection systems can effectively address the issue of unclear user need indicators in product development and improvement. The combination of the two methods forms a composite design approach that enhances the product's user experience. This research also offers reference value for user needs studies related to similar products.
