摘要

目的 针对当前家用乳腺检测产品定位模糊、用户体验考虑不足的问题,提出一种改进A-Kano模型与TRIZ理论相结合的产品创新设计方法。方法 首先以用户需求为导向,通过大数据收集、实地调研等方式调研获取需求,应用改进A-Kano模型梳理家用乳腺检测产品的核心需求及重要度排序;其次基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)构建矛盾矩阵;最后参考39个通用技术参模型从功能、造型、技术的维度,以用户体验为导向输出系统的家用乳腺检测产品设计方案。结果 研究有助于化解产品开发流程中多层次设计要素的冲突,实现产品要素的最优化配置,优化乳腺监测产品的使用体验。结论 为家用乳腺检测产品的开发提供了实际参考,拓展了用户需求驱动的设计思路和TRIZ理论在实际问题中的应用。

Abstract

In order to solve the problems in the current household breast detection products such as blurred functions and insufficient user experience, the work aims to propose a product innovation design method based on improved A-Kano model and TRIZ. Firstly, guided by user needs, the requirements were obtained through big data collection, field research, and other methods. Then, the improved A-Kano model was applied to sort out the core requirements and importance ranking of household breast detection products. Subsequently, based on the Theory of Invention Problem Solving (TRIZ), a contradiction matrix was constructed. Guided by 39 general technical reference models, the design scheme of the household breast detection product for the system was output from the dimensions of functionality, design, and technology through a user experience oriented approach. The research method was helpful in resolving conflicts among multi-level design elements in the product development process, achieving optimal configuration of product elements, and optimizing the user experience of breast monitoring products. The research findings provide a practical reference for the development of household breast detection products and expand the application of user need-driven design thinking and the TRIZ in practical problem-solving.
