目的 解决现有儿童坐式康复训练椅情感化设计缺失的问题,基于TRIZ理论和情感化设计对现有坐式康复训练椅进行改良设计。方法 运用情感化设计三层次分析现有儿童坐式康复训练椅的改良需求;基于TRIZ理论的功能分析模型挖掘产品组件间的问题,因果链分析寻找导致问题产生的根本原因,再经过物理矛盾、技术矛盾和物-场模型获得改良设计方案。结果 基于TRIZ理论改良的儿童坐式康复训练椅改变了把手位置;增加了下肢主关节协同运动功能;对冰冷的产品外观进行色彩、造型和人机尺寸的设计,满足了脑瘫儿童康复的情感化需求,最后完成外观样机制作。结论 将TRIZ理论和情感化设计运用于儿童坐式康复训练椅的改良设计中,弥补了产品情感化设计缺失的问题,提升了脑瘫儿童下肢康复体验,为相关儿童下肢康复产品提供设计参考。
Abstract
The work aims to propose an improved design of the existing sitting rehabilitation training based on the TRIZ theory and emotional design to solve the lack of emotional design in the existing children's seated rehabilitation training chairs. Emotional design was applied to analyze the improvement needs of existing children's seated rehabilitation training chairs at three levels. A functional analysis model based on the TRIZ theory was used to mine problems between product components, causal chain analysis was used to identify the root causes of problems, and improved design solutions were obtained through physical contradictions, technical contradictions, and physical field models. The children's seated rehabilitation training chair improved based on the TRIZ theory changed the position of the handle and increased the coordinated movement function of the lower limb main joints. The color, shape, and human-machine dimensions of the cold product were designed to meet the emotional needs of rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy, and finally the appearance prototype was completed. The application of the TRIZ theory and emotional design in the improved design of children's seated rehabilitation training chairs makes up for the lack of emotional design in the product, improves the lower limb rehabilitation experience for children with cerebral palsy, and provides design references for related lower limb rehabilitation products for children.
