摘要

目的 基于VACP模型探讨多模态交互设计的理论基础,并将其应用于非物质文化遗产APP的交互优化,以提升用户体验。方法 从视觉(V)、听觉(A)、认知(C)和动作(P)4个维度出发,构建基于VACP模型的多模态交互分析流程。通过分析用户在不同任务中的资源占用特征,制定针对性的交互设计策略。结果 该模型能够有效识别用户在非遗APP使用过程中的交互问题,并为系统优化提供清晰的设计依据。结论 VACP模型在非遗APP多模态设计中的应用验证了其有效性,为复杂交互场景下的用户体验改进提供了可操作的设计路径,也为其他智能交互系统的设计提供了理论参考与实践支持。

Abstract

The work aims to explore the theoretical foundation of multimodal interaction design based on the VACP model and apply it to optimize the interaction of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) APPs, so as to enhance user experience. Starting from the four core dimensions of visual (V), auditory (A), cognitive (C), and psychomotor (P), a multimodal interaction analysis framework based the VACP model was constructed. By examining users' resource load characteristics across different tasks, targeted interaction design strategies were proposed. The model effectively identified interaction problems encountered by users when using ICH applications and provided a clear basis for system optimization. In conclusion, the application of the VACP model in multimodal interaction design for ICH APPs demonstrates its effectiveness. It offers a practical design path for improving user experience in complex interaction scenarios and provides theoretical and practical references for the design of other intelligent interactive systems.
