摘要

目的 探讨传统文化虚拟空间中场景设计的关键需求及其对用户体验的影响,分析和优化传统文化虚拟空间的用户体验,以提升传统文化虚拟展示和传播的效果。方法 基于场景理论在交互设计中的一般流程,以敦煌文化虚拟场景为具体案例进行实证分析,采用用户旅程图系统提取传统文化虚拟空间中的用户体验需求。其次,运用层次分析法分别计算目标场景维度层权重、指标层权重以及合成权重。结果 划分传统文化虚拟空间目标场景维度和构建用户体验需求结构模型,得到了各体验需求的权重排序和数据分析结果。传统文化虚拟空间以交互场景、探索场景和信息场景为核心,同时辅以社交场景和媒介场景的支持。结论 系统化构建了传统文化虚拟空间分析框架和需求模型,提出了以数字人驱动交互场景、以游戏策略深化探索场景等建议,从而提升传统文化虚拟空间的用户体验,为未来传统文化虚拟空间场景设计提供了理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract

The work aims to investigate the influence of key requirements of scene design in traditional cultural virtual space on user experience and analyze and optimize the user experience in traditional cultural virtual space in order to enhance the effect of traditional cultural virtual display and dissemination. Based on the general process of scene theory in interaction design, the Dunhuang cultural virtual scene was used as a specific case for empirical analysis, and the Customer Journey Map was used to extract the user experience requirements in traditional cultural virtual space. Secondly, the Analytic Hierarchy Process was applied to calculate the target scene dimension layer weights, indicator layer weights and synthetic weights respectively. The target scene dimensions of traditional cultural virtual space were divided and the user experience demand structure model was constructed, thus obtaining the weight ranking of each experience demand and data analysis results. The virtual space of traditional culture was centered on the interaction scene, exploration scene and information scene, and was supported by the social scene and media scene. The analysis framework and demand model of traditional cultural virtual space are systematically constructed, and suggestions such as driving the interaction scene with digital people and deepening the exploration scene with game strategy are put forward, so as to enhance the user experience of traditional cultural virtual space, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the future scene design of traditional cultural virtual space.
