摘要

目的 梳理中国式现代化进程中养老设计已有内容,从实现中国式现代化之高站位出发,融合碳达峰-碳中和,研讨注重可持续性的养老设计新形态,形成较为完整、丰富的知识框架,为相关研究人员提供参考及资讯。方法 使用文献分析法、案例研究法、定性和定量研究法,通过系统分析碳达峰-碳中和与养老设计相关文献,从理论与实践方面深入剖析,探寻中国式现代化语境下的养老设计新形态。结果 完成对双碳型养老概念的探析并深入对双碳型养老设计新形态设计策略与应用,以及未来趋势的研究。结论 双碳型养老势在必行,双碳型养老设计新形态应积极响应碳达峰、碳中和的战略要求,聚焦养老建筑领域,从优化集约、节能降碳、科技赋能、绿色低碳4个领域深入探讨,推动可持续老龄化社会的构建,助力双碳目标的实现,加速中国现代化进程。

Abstract

The work aims to review the current state of elderly care design in the context of China's modernization and integrate the objectives of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality from the strategic goal of advancing national modernization to explore sustainable approaches to elderly care design, so as to establish a comprehensive and well-structured knowledge framework that provides valuable references for researchers in the field. By employing literature review, case study, and qualitative and quantitative research methods and systematically analyzing the relationship between carbon peaking, carbon neutrality, and elderly care design, the new form of elderly care design in the context of China's modernization was explored through an in-depth theoretical and practical analysis. The concept of dual-carbon elderly care was analyzed, and the strategies and applications for innovative design approaches as well anticipated future trends in this domain were investigated. Dual-carbon elderly care has become a necessity. The emerging models of dual-carbon elderly care design must actively align with the strategic goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. This requires focusing on elderly care facilities and advancing discussions in four key areas of optimization and intensiveness, energy efficiency and carbon reduction, technological innovation, and green and low-carbon development. These efforts aim to foster the creation of a sustainable aging society, contribute to achieving dual-carbon objectives, and accelerate the progress of China's modernization.
