摘要

目的 在城市高质量发展背景下,系统分析历史街区文化活力的现状与不足,提出优化设计方法,以提升文化活力并彰显城市地域文化特色。方法 通过对武汉市的实证研究,利用POI空间聚集度分析,选取文化活力较高的4个历史街区作为实地问卷调查对象。通过分析历史文化展现、娱乐趣味性等10个影响因素,构建了设计方法。进一步运用Fuzzy DEMATEL-VIKOR组合模型处理用户调研数据中的不确定性与模糊性,并对影响因素进行重要性排序。结果 指导完成历史街区文化活力活化的方案设计,最后通过用户评分验证设计方案。结论 设计方案得到了用户的认可,达到了用户的期望。说明构建的Fuzzy DEMATEL-VIKOR模型能较好地实现用户需求的合理分析与转化,以及用户满意度意见的有效融合,提升了用户需求分析与转化过程的客观性和全面性,同时也为相关设计人员在进行用户需求分析时提供了一种新的设计思路。

Abstract

The work aims to systematically analyze the current status and shortcomings of cultural vitality in historic districts within the context of urban high-quality development, and to propose optimization design methods to enhance cultural vitality and highlight the local cultural characteristics of cities. Based on an empirical study in Wuhan, POI (Point of Interest) spatial aggregation analysis was conducted. Four historic districts with relatively high cultural vitality were selected as the subjects for field survey. By analyzing ten influencing factors, such as historical cultural representation and entertainment appeal, a design method was developed. Furthermore, the Fuzzy DEMATEL-VIKOR combined model was used to handle uncertainties and fuzziness in the user survey data, and to rank these influencing factors in terms of importance. The study guided the design of revitalization plans for the cultural vitality of historic districts, which were later validated through user ratings. The results show that the design plan meets user expectations and received their approval. This indicates that the Fuzzy DEMATEL-VIKOR model can effectively analyze and transform user needs and integrates user satisfaction opinions, improving the objectivity and comprehensiveness of the user need analysis and transformation process. The study also provides a new design approach for designers when analyzing user needs.
