摘要

目的 编制适用于我国社区卫生环境的服务连续性量表并检验其信度与效度。方法 采用文献回顾、服务触点识别、语义差异法形成原始题项池。通过项目分析和探索性因素分析净化条目获得正式量表。正式施测以验证量表结构及其信效度。结果 最终形成的量表包含感知纵向连续、感知人际连续和感知信息连续3个维度。量表整体Cronbach's α系数为0.922,各维度Cronbach's α系数为[0.791,0.917]。验证性因素分析表明量表三因子结构模型拟合良好,量表各维度与效标量表呈显著正相关[0.430,0.642]。结论 社区卫生服务连续性量表具有良好的信效度,各项指标均达到心理测量学的要求,可作为定量测量我国社区卫生服务连续性的有效工具。

Abstract

The work aims to develop a continuity of service scale suitable for China's community health environment and to test its reliability and validity. An initial item pool was formed through literature review, identification of service touchpoints, and the semantic differential method. Item analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used to refine the items and develop the formal scale. Final testing was conducted to validate the scale's structure, reliability, and validity. The final scale includes three dimensions: perceived longitudinal continuity, perceived interpersonal continuity, and perceived informational continuity. The overall Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.922, with Cronbach's α coefficients for each dimension ranging from 0.791 to 0.917. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the three-factor structure model fitted well, and there were significant positive correlations between each dimension of the scale and the criterion scale (0.430 to 0.642). In conclusion, the continuity of community health services scale has good reliability and validity, with all indicators meeting psychometric requirements. It can be used as an effective tool for quantitatively measuring the continuity of community health services in China.
