目的 为了解决工业机器人形态设计缺乏完善设计系统的问题,更好地结合用户和企业需求,提高设计的效率,进而提高我国工业机器人企业的自身竞争力。方法 首先,采用感性工学理论,通过感知意象空间的构建,建立感性词汇与形态要素的映射关系,以获取普适的形态需求;其次,结合层次分析法进行企业基因挖掘以满足企业自身的个性需求,综合分析产品形态、用户需求和企业基因三者认知协同关系;最后,研究结果利用生成设计技术应用于设计实践。结果 在六轴12 kg级焊接工业机器人的设计中,得到了有效验证,证明了其优越性,提升了设计的效率与创新性,满足了工业5.0的自动化与智能化设计标准。结论 在进行形态优化设计时,不仅需要从产品本身和用户需求出发来考虑其设计要素、实用性与合理性,还需紧密地与企业基因相结合,以保持产品与企业基因的连贯性,形成风格明显、识别度高的产品形象,从而强化企业形象的持续与传播,提高产品市场竞争力,促进了中国企业工业文化的发展。
Abstract
The work aims to address the issue of incomplete design systems in the form design of industrial robots, to better integrate user and enterprise needs, enhance design efficiency, and thereby improve the competitiveness of China's industrial robot enterprises. With the application of the Kansei Engineering theory, a perceptual imagery space was constructed to establish a mapping relationship between perceptual vocabulary and morphological elements, and to obtain universal morphological needs. Then the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to excavate the enterprise's genetic characteristics to meet the individual needs of the enterprise. A comprehensive analysis of the cognitive synergy among product morphology, user needs, and enterprise genes was then conducted. Finally, the research results were applied to design practice using generative design technology. The results were effectively validated in the design of a Six-axis, 12 kg welding industrial robot, proving its superiority, enhancing the efficiency and innovation of the design, and meeting the automation and intelligent design standards of Industry 5.0. The conclusion is that when optimizing morphological design, it is necessary to consider not only the design elements, practicality, and rationality from the product itself and user needs but also to closely integrate with the enterprise's genetic characteristics to maintain the coherence between the product and the enterprise's genetic characteristics. This forms a product image with a distinct style and high recognition, thereby strengthening the continuity and dissemination of the enterprise image, enhancing the market competitiveness of the product, and promoting the development of China's enterprise industrial culture.
