摘要

目的 对国内3款典型云笔记产品进行可用性测试,总结其可用性特点并提出设计优化建议。方法 基于国内云笔记的市场分析,筛选出印象笔记、有道云笔记及飞书云文档3款产品作为样本,结合问卷调查数据制定可用性测试任务。招募42名志愿者参与可用性测试,综合采用绩效测试法、问卷调查法、出声思维法和访谈法评估可用性结果。记录任务完成时间、出错次数及求助次数作为客观指标,收集有效性、效率、满意度、总体视觉评价(图标满意度与布局满意度)及综合使用意愿作为主观指标,对比数据总结当前云笔记产品的可用性优劣势并提出设计优化建议。最后,进行云笔记设计实践及可用性验证。结果 有道云在客观指标及主观效率、有效性上表现最佳;飞书云文档在主观满意度及使用意愿上评分最高;二者的整体可用性水平皆显著优于印象笔记。此外,设计实践“易思云文档”的可用性水平显著高于3款测试样本,验证了设计建议的有效性。结论 在设计网页端云笔记时,应注意导航栏架构清晰、文件管理操作遵循用户习惯、编辑工具易于识别、笔记搜索结果直观准确。

Abstract

The work aims to evaluate the usability of 3 domestic web-based e-notebook products, summarize their usability characteristics, and propose optimization suggestions. Based on the market analysis of web-based e-notebook products in China, three products, namely Evernote, Youdao Cloud and Feishu Docs, were selected as samples. Usability test tasks were developed based on questionnaire data. Forty-two volunteers participated in the usability test, and the results were evaluated by performance testing, questionnaire, think-aloud protocol and interview. Task completion time, number of errors and number of requests for help were recorded as objective indicators, while effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, overall visual evaluation (icon satisfaction and layout satisfaction), and overall willingness to use were collected as subjective indicators. The data were compared to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the existing products and to propose design optimization suggestions. Finally, the web-based e-notebook design practice and usability verification were conducted. In general, Youdao Cloud performed the best in objective indicators as well as subjective efficiency and effectiveness. Feishu Docs scored the highest in subjective satisfaction and willingness to use. The overall usability level of both products was significantly higher than that of Evernote. Moreover, the usability level of the design practice "Easy Cloud Docs" was significantly better than the three test samples, verifying the effectiveness of the design suggestions. In conclusion, when designing web-based e-notebook notes, it is important to focus on a clear navigation bar structure, file management operations that align with user habits, easily identifiable editing tools, and intuitive and accurate note search results.
