生态环境材料驱动的产品体验设计策略研究

生态环境材料驱动的产品体验设计策略研究

摘要

目的 旨在帮助行业设计师深入理解用户在接触生态环境材料时的心理和行为,为生态环境材料赋能设计创新提供设计策略和方法细则,引导用户转向绿色低碳的生活方式。方法 采用“结构方程模型-诠释主义案例研究-扎根理论”相结合的方法。首先,采用结构方程模型识别用户面对新型材料时,从心理感知到行为反应再到生活方式转变的联结过程;其次,利用诠释主义案例研究法对这一过程进行阐释,理解用户行为背后的深层结构;最后,基于扎根理论并结合NVivo质性数据分析工具,产出针对生态环境材料的创新设计策略。结果 研究构建出用户“心理-行为-生活方式”过程模型并延展出生态环境材料感官层面、功能层面、施为层面、情感层面4个一级设计策略及其附属的12个二级设计策略。结论 本研究以用户面对生态环境材料时心理接受度差、行为转化力弱、使用满意度低为切入点,提出了一套提升产品体验品质的材料设计策略,延长了产品的可持续发展周期,为行业设计师创新性设计实践提供了启发和参考。

Abstract

The work aims to assist industry designers in comprehensively understanding users' psychology and behavior when encountering Eco-materials, to provide detailed design strategies and methods to empower design innovation with Eco-materials, thereby guiding users toward a green and low-carbon lifestyle. Firstly, a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach was employed to identify the linkage process from psychological perception to behavioral response and lifestyle transformation of users when facing novel materials. Secondly, an interpretivist case study method was used to elucidate this process, revealing the underlying structures of user behavior. Lastly, based on the grounded theory and combined with NVivo for qualitative data analysis, innovative design strategies for Eco-materials were developed. The study constructed a "psychology-behavior-lifestyle" process model and extended it to propose four primary design strategies for Eco-materials—sensory, functional, performative, and emotional—along with 12 corresponding secondary strategies. In conclusion, by addressing users' psychological acceptance barriers, weak behavioral conversion, and low usage satisfaction with Eco-materials, this study proposes a set of material design strategies that enhance product experience quality. It extends the sustainable development cycle of products, providing inspiration and reference for innovative design practices among industry designers.
