目的 对社区末端配送服务系统进行创新,以互联网驱动价值创造,提高用户对快递末端配送的体验与满意度,同时达到降本增效的目标,实现更智能、更便捷的配送产品服务系统新模式。方法 通过文献研究法概述了物流快递的现状与不足,借助服务系统设计工具将末端物流配送服务系统与互联网驱动下的智能物流创新发展的系统流程可视化归纳。结合目前市场的智能配送现状,构建以“用户”为中心的“产品-服务-环境”配送产品服务系统设计框架。结论 用户物流快递配送环节中“最后一公里”是直接面向用户配送的难题,其影响着商家、快递企业的效益、服务质量,以及用户体验。末端配送智能化发展在未来市场有巨大的发展潜力。在“互联网+”背景下,智慧社区场景维度发挥良好的媒介价值,将末端物流配送结合智慧社区发展特性,为个性化需求的末端配送产品服务系统方案提供一定的理论指导。
Abstract
The work aims to innovate in the community terminal distribution service system, use the Internet to drive value creation, improve users' experience and satisfaction of express terminal distribution, and achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency, so as to realize a new model of smarter and more convenient distribution product service system. The status quo and deficiencies of logistics express were summarized by literature research. The system process of terminal logistics distribution service systems and intelligent logistics innovation and development driven by the Internet was visualized and summarized with the help of service system design tools, and the current market status of intelligent distribution was combined. A design framework of distribution product service system with "product-service- environment" as the center was built. In conclusion, the "last mile" in the user logistics distribution link is the problem of direct-to-user distribution, which affects the efficiency, service quality and user experience of merchants and express delivery enterprises. The development of Internet business forms is in full flow, and the intelligent development of terminal distribution has great development potential in the future market. In the context of "Internet +", the smart community scene dimension plays a good media value, combines the terminal logistics distribution with the development characteristics of the smart community, and provides certain theoretical guidance for the personalized demand of the end distribution product service system.
