摘要

目的 数字全球化背景下互联网产品的用户遍布世界各地,研究不同文化背景下的用户差异,并基于此构建针对数字交互产品的跨文化设计模型,以提升其跨文化适应性及用户体验质量。方法 首先,基于跨文化理论与文献分析,系统性探究跨文化用户在认知风格、行为模式与价值观各关键维度上的差异;其次.邀请专家通过关联矩阵探究跨文化用户差异与用户体验设计要素的关联关系,从而筛选出8项针对数字交互产品的跨文化设计要素;最后,在文化工效学视角下,构建数字交互产品跨文化设计模型。结果 模型纵向呈现了外在感知层、中间交互层和内在情感层3个设计层级,横向则包含“用户-设计-评估”3个设计阶段。以澳门公共图书馆网站为例展开跨文化设计实践,验证了所提出的跨文化设计模型的有效性与可行性。结论 研究成果有助于消除文化差异带来的产品可用性与用户体验问题、提升跨文化数字产品的文化包容性。

Abstract

In the context of digital globalization, users of internet products are scattered around the world. The work aims to explore the differences in users brought about by culture and, based on this, to construct a cross-cultural design model and its application for digital interactive products, so as to enhance the cultural adaptability and user experience. Drawing on cross-cultural theories and literature analysis, an in-depth analysis was conducted on the differences among cross-cultural users in three key dimensions: cognitive style, behavioral patterns, and values. And then, experts were invited to assess the correlation between cross-cultural user differences and user experience design elements through an association matrix, thereby identifying eight cross-cultural design elements for digital interactive products. Lastly, from the perspective of cultural ergonomics, a cross-cultural design model for digital interactive products was constructed. The model included three design levels vertically: the external perception layer, the middle interaction layer, and the internal emotional layer, and was divided horizontally into three design phases of "user-design-evaluation". The cross-cultural design practice was carried out with the website of the Macao Public Library, validating the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed cross-cultural design model. The research outcomes contribute to eliminating usability and user experience issues arising from cultural differences, thereby enhancing the cultural inclusivity of cross-cultural digital products.
