目的 基于数字化手段将旬邑彩贴剪纸色彩特征和搭配关系进行量化,解析其丰富的色彩构成,为文化遗产的现代化传承与创新设计提供理论和技术支持。方法 采用K-means聚类算法作为核心工具,对旬邑彩贴剪纸的色彩进行数字化特征提取。首先对采集的旬邑彩贴剪纸图像样本进行超分辨率和数据对齐等预处理,然后使用K-means算法分别对个体和群体对象进行2次聚类提取,得到个体和群体的特征色彩,构建色彩网络模型,而后进行色彩的HSV可视化分析,总结分析出旬邑彩贴剪纸的色彩特征,并对其色彩表征的多源成因进行了深入剖析。最后使用色彩网络模型指导配色,利用Python的Cv2、Scikit-Image、Pillow等库实现配色方案的批量生成,并将其应用到设计实践中。结果 成功构建了基于K-means聚类算法的旬邑彩贴剪纸色彩数字化特征提取体系,并生成了具有传统色彩审美特征的配色方案。结论 该方案能够较为客观地反映出旬邑彩贴剪纸的色彩特征,提升设计师的设计效率,满足现代设计的多样化需求,为非物质文化遗产的传承与创新提供新的思路。
Abstract
The work aims to quantify the colour characteristics and collocation relationship of Xunyi coloured sticker paper-cutting based on digital means, to analyse its rich colour composition, and provide theoretical and technical support for the modern inheritance and innovative design of cultural heritage. The K-means clustering algorithm was used as the core tool to digitally extract the colour characteristics of Xunyi coloured sticker paper-cutting. Firstly, the collected image samples of Xunyi coloured sticker paper-cutting was pre-processed with super-resolution and data alignment; then the K-means algorithm was used to extract two clusters for individual and group objects respectively, to obtain the characteristic colours of individuals and groups, and to construct the colour network model; then an HSV visual analysis of colours was carried out to summarize and analyse the colour characteristics of Xunyi coloured sticker paper-cutting and conduct an in-depth analysis on the multi-source causes of its colour representation; and then an in-depth analysis of the colour characteristics of Xunyi coloured sticker paper-cutting was carried out and its multi-source causes were analysed. Finally, the colour network model was used to guide the colour matching, and Python's Cv2, Scikit-Image, Pillow and other libraries were used to achieve the batch generation of colour matching schemes, which was applied to the design practice. A digital feature extraction system of Xunyi coloured sticker paper-cutting colours based on the K-means clustering algorithm was successfully constructed, and a colour matching scheme with traditional colour aesthetic characteristics was generated. It can objectively reflect the colour characteristics of Xunyi coloured sticker paper-cutting, improve the design efficiency of designers, meet the diversified needs of modern design, and provide new ideas for the inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritage.
