摘要

目的 废弃物循环利用是实现可持续发展和推动循环经济的重要途径,数字化平台在其中起到了关键作用。本研究旨在探讨数字化平台界面设计中的人性化应用,分析其在提升废弃物循环利用效率方面的作用。方法 通过文献综述、案例分析和用户行为调研,识别了人性化设计的关键要素。同时在研究中引入软系统方法论,作为分析和优化过程的核心框架,软系统方法论能够有效应对废弃物循环利用平台设计中涉及的多方利益相关者和模糊问题并提供一个结构化的分析流程。结果 通过应用软系统方法论,平台设计能更全面地整合各方需求并优化界面,显著提高了平台效率、用户参与意愿及废弃物回收与资源利用率。结论 软系统方法论为数字化平台界面设计提供了可操作的优化策略,其独特的分析框架有效推动了废弃物循环利用的目标达成。本研究不仅为废弃物管理提供了理论依据,而且为数字化平台设计提供了实践指导,对绿色经济的促进具有实际意义。

Abstract

Waste recycling is an important approach to achieving sustainable development and promoting the circular economy, with digital platforms playing a crucial role. The work aims to explore human-centered applications in the design of digital platform interfaces and analyze their role in enhancing the efficiency of waste recycling. Through literature review, case analysis, and user behavior research, the key elements of human-centered design were identified. The Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) was introduced as the core framework for analysis and optimization. SSM could effectively address the multi-stakeholder and ambiguous issues involved in the design of waste recycling platforms and provides a structured analytical process. By applying the Soft Systems Methodology, platform design could more comprehensively integrate the needs of all parties and optimize the interface. This significantly improves platform efficiency, enhances user participation, and promotes higher waste recycling and resource utilization rates. In conclusion, the Soft Systems Methodology provides actionable optimization strategies for the design of digital platform interfaces. Its unique analytical framework effectively supports the achievement of waste recycling goals. This study not only provides a theoretical basis for waste management but also offers practical guidance for digital platform design, making a significant contribution to the promotion of a green economy.
